The brochure was the first public piece of literature used to announce, introduce, and educate the college and community about the Coe Volunteer Clearinghouse. It targeted both the volunteer base as well as local agencies in need of volunteers.

Designed as a mailer, it could easily be sent through campus mail as well as mailed to the general public.
